Do You Know How to Loose Weight?

Around 60% of the estimated populations are over weight. Still they never bother or make a serious attempt to reduce it. There may be different reasons for their ignorance. May be they are not aware of their problem unless one makes them feel or they are don't want to disturb their daily chores for exercises and diets. Even if some are interested an wants to reduce their weight they would prefer for alternatives wherein they can quickly reduce their weight without consuming time or energy. Reduction if weight is an ongoing and continuous process which has not other alternative.

Overweight looks normal but it is not. It may have certain effects like body pains, heart problems, retain body's fluids, thyroid problems, imbalance nutrients etc?A famous phrase says "health is wealth". Maintained body weight is always a sign of good health and fit body. They are three effective methods of loosing weight diet, workouts and medication. Don't bother to reduce your weight with a day or two. Weight reduction is a continuous and long term activity. People who loose weight within days face severe problems than those who never bother about their increasing weight.

Make a regular diet of the food and drinks to be taken in a week. Avoid fatty or unhealthy foods. Prefer boiled food in breakfast. Boiled eggs, mixed vegetables, salads, milk. Try to intake food in low quantity but several times in a day for example 10.00 AM breakfast followed by lunch at 01.00 PM. Snacks or small lunch around 05.00 PM, juices or salads at 07.30 PM and dinner at 10.30 PM. A simple diet chart is always beneficial keeping body and digestive healthy. A glass of wine everyday is also beneficial at or around 11.00 PM.

Exercises are the most natural and economical way of reducing weight. No one can do exercise on your behalf one has to do it himself. Running, jogging, pull ups and abdominal exercises are few examples of exercises. Muscle building not only helps in reducing weight and shaping the body giving it a glance. Six-packs are also something which everyone wants, so it is better start working for that instead of dreaming for that.

Some people even prefer medication to keep their body weight. Pills are easily available in the markets which help either to increase or reduce weight. They are usually not preferred as they have lots of other side effects, which need not be healthy. Hence, weight loss is a long term process and continual process which keeps the body toned and healthy.
